Rates
Rates are subject to change without notice, please confirm rates upon inquiry. Once you have secured your wedding date with 50% deposit, you are guaranteed those rates, even if the prices are raised. Deposits are non-refundable. Client is responsible for all parking, toll and travel fees. There is a $20 per stylist travel fee for locations outside the GVRD. For travel outside the Lower Mainland, travel fee will be determined based on distance. If start time is before 7am, add $10 per stylist for each hour earlier.
Terms & Conditions
We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to reserve your wedding date. The deposit is applied towards your final balance. Gratuities are not included. A valid credit card is required to hold your date even if you are paying by cash or cheque. Client is responsible for all parking and traveling charges. If stylist is required at location before 7am or on the road to your location before 6am, client may be billed for a hotel room for the artist traveling a distance greater than 30 minutes from the studio. In the unlikely event that your booked artist is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will provide an equal replacement. We cannot hold a wedding date without a signed contract and deposit. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. By signing this contract, you have read and understand the terms and conditions outlined above. You will abide by this contract.
